As a reminder NJ legislature has designated the first week in October as the Week of Respect. This year, it will be recognized from Monday, October 6, 2025, to Friday, October 10, 2025.
Character Education and anti-bullying initiatives have been a part of our school’s culture and infused into our curriculum. Every child deserves to be emotionally safe and free from harassment and intimidation.
The Week of Respect has also been celebrated as John A. Forrest School’s annual spirit week. As you can see, each item of clothing selected and the accompanying message provides you with an open discussion with your child.
On Friday, students will enjoy viewing skits presented by each class/grade and will be provided with popsicles, courtesy of our generous PTA.
