There’s a chill in the Fair Lawn air, creeping its way across auditoriums and through the velvet curtains… and no, we’re not talking about the recent weather! School musical season is upon us, and we’ve got a trio of dark-ish humored shows with snappy song and dance to share with all of you!
🕸️ First up: (bah dum da dum *snap snap*) it’s The Addams Family - Young@Part at Memorial Middle School. Stop by for a scare and enjoy a show about everyone’s favorite gothic family when it opens this week with performances on Friday and Saturday 🕸️
🕷️ Next week, it’s showwwwtime! Beetlejuice, Jr. slinks across the Thomas Jefferson Middle School stage on March 6 & 7. Catch the crew in this hauntingly fun comedy - just promise us you won’t say his name 3 times in a row 🕷️
⛓️ The name on everybody’s lips March 12-15 will be Fair Lawn High School and their production of Chicago (teen edition). That means there’s multiple days to see if “he had it coming” with catchy tunes and creative choreography to boot. Missing this show would be a crime!⛓️
See photo/poster for showtimes and check with individual schools on ticket availability. Stay tuned for some sneak peeks as we get closer to each opening night!

The 3rd graders had a Q&A session with Mr. Placenti this morning! It was a wonderful way to learn more about our favorite principal. Students asked questions such as:
- "What advice would you give students our age to be successful?"
- "Why did you choose to be a principal at Forrest School?" and
- "What is the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to you?"
Thank you Mr. Placenti for being the BEST principal!
